Technical considerations.

Power Supply

Use a DC24V isolated constant-voltage power supply. A minimum 20% power reserve is recommended to maintain stable operation.

Maximum Power

For UL676 configurations, power must not exceed 15 W/m and the total power of one continuous strip must not exceed 100 W.

Bending Direction

This profile is designed for horizontal bending. Minimum bending diameter: Ø200 mm. Twisting and bending against the designed direction must be avoided.

Installation

Avoid excessive bending, twisting or mechanical stress during installation. For runs longer than 2 meters, two-person installation is recommended.

IP68 Processing

IP68 protection depends on factory-controlled sealing and termination. Field cutting or reprocessing may affect the declared ingress protection performance.
